Free delivery on orders over €80; otherwise, €3.90 for pick-up point or €6.30 for home delivery

A Colissimo return label costing €7.50 will be provided (this amount will be deducted from your refund)

π Do you ship to Europe? What are the delivery options and costs ?
Yes! We currently deliver to several European countries, including
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Greece, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Luxembourg
You can choose between:

Pickup Point Delivery (Mondial Relay) – €6.90

Home Delivery – €10.00
Shipping usually takes 4 to 7 business days, and is free on orders over €80.
βοΈ Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
Yes. Please contact us promptly at contact@naomie.eu — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will make the necessary arrangements.
π Where can I try on the clothes?
We don’t have a physical store yet, but you can order online, try at home, and return anything that doesn’t fit.
π How do I choose my size?
Our clothes fit true to size.

π How do I make a return or exchange?
Please email us at contact@naomie.eu with your order number.
We will send you a return label.
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.
π What are the return conditions?
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags attached, and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card only (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
