These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on naomie.eu. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

  1. Purpose
    These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the website naomie.eu between the micro-enterprise Naomie, represented by Noémie Ben Soussan, and any customer placing an order via the website.

  2. Availability and Acceptance
    The Terms and Conditions are available at all times on the website and apply upon confirmation of the order by the customer.

  3. Modification
    Naomie reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.

  4. Products
    Products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost care. Each piece is offered in limited edition, subject to stock availability.

  5. Prices
    Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French Tax Code), excluding delivery fees. Naomie reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.

  6. Promotions
    Promotional offers are valid only during the period indicated on the website or other communication materials.

  7. Orders
    An order is confirmed once payment has been processed. A confirmation email summarizing the details of the order is sent to the customer.

  8. Payment
    Payment is made online via credit card through a secure platform. No banking data is stored by Naomie.

  9. Delivery
    Orders are prepared within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Free delivery on orders over €70. Below that: €4.50 to a pickup point, €6.50 for home delivery.

  10. Legal Warranty
    Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

  11. Claims
    For any claim, please contact us at contact@naomie.eu. We commit to replying as soon as possible.

  12. Liability
    Naomie cannot be held liable for damages related to the use of the Internet (service interruption, virus, etc.).

  13. Returns and Refunds
    Returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with the original label. A return label (€7.50) can be provided on request, and its cost will be deducted from the refund.

  14. Intellectual Property
    All content on naomie.eu is the exclusive property of Naomie. Any full or partial reproduction is prohibited.

  16. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
