📦 How do delivery, returns, and refunds work?

Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days
Free delivery on orders over €70; otherwise, €4.50 for pick-up point or €6.50 for home delivery
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@naomie.eu
A Colissimo return label costing €7.50 will be provided (this amount will be deducted from your refund)
Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

✏️ Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?

Yes. Please contact us promptly at contact@naomie.eu — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will make the necessary arrangements.

🛍 Where can I try on the clothes?

We don’t have a physical store yet, but you can order online, try at home, and return anything that doesn’t fit.

📏 How do I choose my size?

Our clothes fit true to size.

🔁 How do I make a return or exchange?

Please email us at contact@naomie.eu with your order number.
We will send you a return label.
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

📆 What are the return conditions?

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags attached, and returned within 14 days of receipt.

💳 What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card only (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
